UNDP, as part of a strategic partnership with the Ministry of Scientific and Technological Development, Higher Education and Information Society of the Republic of Srpska and the University of Banja Luka (UNIBL), founders of the future Science and Technology Park of the Republic of Srpska (STP RS), organized a four-day visit to Serbia, with the aim of getting to know with the approaches, experiences, and results of successful STP and other institutions of the innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The Association of Employers of Information and Communication Technologies of the Republic of Srpska – ICT BS, a future important actor, and partner of NTP RS, was represented by the manager Saša Petković, PhD, who is a full professor of entrepreneurship and innovation, is also representative of the CPME – Center for Project Management and Entrepreneurship of the UNIBL Faculty of Economics.

We visited the Government Data Center in Kragujevac, STP Niš,the Republic of Serbia Innovation Fund, STP Belgrade and the Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Serbia.
We spoke with the tenants of STP in Niš and Belgrade, representatives of IT startups. We gained valuable experience in continuing to build the innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem of the Republic of Srpska.
